Nicole Druskovich

I’m excited to be back in New Zealand and working in our family business after five years of living overseas. I bring to my role 15 years’ experience working in finance and administration.

We have an awesome team here and I’m really enjoying helping build my parents’ business. We’re in a growth phase and I’m using my experience to help my father with strategic planning.

I think it’s important to constantly evaluate what you do and how, both personally and in a business. One of my strengths is being a good multitasker - it's invaluable when I have to juggle competing demands at work and at home with my young family.

Integrity is very important to me and is a core value everyone on the team shares. It reflects in how we operate and how we treat our clients. I’m proud of that.
